Every year on Mitzvah Day an astounding 25,000 people say ‘yes’ to social action and giving.

Get busy with NW7 Kids
NW7 kids were invited to come and make cards for the residents of Sydmar Lodge and our Welfare as well as children in Israel at Emunah Afula school. We decorated bookmarks to send along with books to the Kids Company. Books for donation to these organisations brought along by the attendees.
Youth Collectathon
Our youth collected warm socks, gloves and scarves people’s houses for a number of charities - in groups, led by adults.
Shopathon
Together with community members St Mary’s Church of Mill Hill, we asked shoppers along Mill Hill Broadway to buy and donate food and toiletries to Homeless Action for Barnet and GIFT.
Sunshine to Seniors - Sydmar Lodge
We entertained the residents of Sydmar Lodge with songs, laughter and chat.
