Sarah Proops is warm, dynamic and passionate about working for the Mill Hill community. She has a lot of experience engaging with girls about the importance of the role of women in Judaism and that of female education. She hopes to help provide more opportunities for female involvement throughout the community and looks forward to hosting many guests in their home.

Together with her husband, Sarah has a specific focus on engaging with the youth, both those who are already involved and those who are on the periphery.
They both will also be looking to cater extensively for young families/couples as they find their place in the community and are very keen to provide for the 'young professional' age group, both educationally and socially. 

The Proops have three sons who are, according to Rabbi Proops: "lively, sociable and inquisitive boys". 
Sarah adds: "They love having Shabbat guests and are very excited to have moved to Mill Hill. In fact we all are! There is so much going on in Mill Hill Shul and we hope to build on all that already exists."
